Sharing Best Practices - New format open to ALL attendees
Making Riches from Niches Roundtables.  Let’s focus on Verticals!

As many publishers know, riches can be made by finding those hidden gems in your existing horizontal classified site.  Join ICMA’s Sharing Best Practices roundtables and choose the niche of your choice to share insights, opportunities and threats from your experience and that of other like-minded classified media publishers and thought leaders. For those ICMA participants without a niche group we are offering roundtables for innovation and process improvements.  There is a sharing best practice for every attendee.  Each Sharing Best Practice session will last 90 minutes so that attendees can select two roundtable discussions.

You must complete the required survey to qualify to participate in your selected roundtable.  We will inform you of your acceptance to a roundtable prior to the Athens conference.  Please be ready to share two case studies: one successful monetization initiative and a failed initiative relevant to your selected round table niche in the past 12 months.  These case studies do not have to be written but you need to be prepared to share information about the size of your investment in the initiative and the ROI realized and expected.  Vendors and speakers will be permitted to attend on selected roundtables.
